1. Copyright (Standard Plan)

Our products are entirely custom-made based on the photos and information you provide. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the copyrights (intellectual property rights) for the created illustrations and designs belong to "三泰製造所合同会社 & JAPAN YS SHOP". You are granted the right to use the product strictly for personal purposes.

✅ Permitted Uses for Personal Use

• For personal use (e.g., badges, name stickers, acrylic products, etc.)
• Gifts for family, friends, or acquaintances
• Internal use by companies or organizations (excluding promotional or advertising purposes)
• Posting on social media, blogs, etc. (non-commercial purposes only)

❌ Prohibited Uses (Not Permitted under the Standard Plan)

• Commercial use (sale, advertising, trademark registration, corporate promotion, etc.)
• Secondary processing, redistribution, resale, or reproduction of the illustration/design
• Use as AI training data or for NFT creation
• Promotion or commercialization by corporations or groups

2. Data Provision and Purchase

Under the Standard Plan, illustration data is not provided. You will receive only the finished product (e.g., stickers, badges, acrylic products, etc.). If you require the illustration data, please purchase the "Data Purchase (Personal Use)" option separately. Note that this option is for personal use only, and commercial use is not permitted. If you require commercial usage, please purchase the "Commercial License" separately.

3. Commercial Use and Copyright Purchase

If you wish to use the design for commercial purposes or obtain the design data, please apply for one of the following "Copyright Purchase" options.

4. Prohibited Actions (Important)

• 🚫 Unauthorized commercial use (sale, advertising, trademark registration, corporate promotion, etc.)
• 🚫 Unauthorized reproduction, alteration, redistribution, or resale of the produced design
• 🚫 Unauthorized use as AI training data or for NFT creation
• 🚫 Providing data to third parties without our permission

5. Purchase Source & Authorized Seller Information

The authorized seller for our custom products, as well as for copyright purchase and commercial licenses, is exclusively "三泰製造所合同会社 & JAPAN YS SHOP".
